When Mr. Moon originally discovered this shocking and frightening revelation many years ago, he was ignored by Western scientific community because he did not possess a PhD in Physics. Many American scientists would not even look at or read his mathematical proof! But all that has now changed. Through a remarkable series of events, Mr. Moon’s discovery was introduced to the Russian scientific system: the system that possesses what can only be called: “the true scientific attitude”.

The Russian scientific attitude is bold and revolutionary. Contrary to the attitude of the West, in Russia, an idea is examined first, and the individual’s scientific credentials are examined second: exactly opposite to what they are in the America. Using this system, when Mr. Moon’s ideas were examined, they were instantly recognized for the extraordinary discovery they truly are.

This theory of Russell Moon first came to my attention in 1992 while reading the abstracts of a conference he spoke at in Fort Collins, Colorado. Then Chairman of the Electro-Physics department at the Lenin All-Russian Electrotechnical Institute in Moscow, I was intrigued by its combination of simplicity and profound shocking implications. I contacted Mr. Moon and obtained a copy of the original paper. 

I next revealed it to colleagues, and it eventually found its way into a number of other universities. After much excitement and discourse, including the publication of a pamphlet by Dr. Leonid Samuilovisch Slutskin of the “Publishing House ZNACK” of the MOSCOW POWER INSTITUTE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, articles on this remarkable discovery were eventually published in Membrana, a Russian scientific journal. These articles created much controversy. 

These publications eventually drew the attention of Professor Konstantin Gridnev, one of Russian’s greatest scientists. Professor Gridnev is a Theoretical Nuclear Physicist; author of books and numerous articles on nuclear physics [25 in the last 5 years alone]; Chairman of numerous world scientific conferences sponsored by Russian government; and Chairman of Nuclear Physics Department at the “Harvard of Russia” – St. Petersburg State University, in Petergof [The world-renowned university founded by Peter the Great in 1724.]

When Professor Gridnev read Mr. Moon’s papers and examined the mathematics, he was so shocked by what he saw, he came to visit me in Moscow. Then in an unprecedented move, he came to America to spend two weeks with Mr. Moon to better understand this revolutionary theory and to see just what it is capable of explaining in the field of Nuclear Physics. 

This trip was well worth it because he challenged Mr. Moon to use this theory to explain many of the great mysteries and conundrums of science that until this time, have had no explanation whatsoever. Although it is hard to believe, so far, over 80 of these great mysteries of science – (listed in the back of this book) in Newtonian physics, Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, and Nuclear Physics – are explained: any one of which would have awarded its author a PhD in Physics.
